Whether you’re here by recommendation or you’ve just stumbled upon my page, I like to think there is a deeper reason you’re here. Your subconscious guiding your soul to me. Whether you’re new to Reiki or you’ve been a regularly practicing holistic healing for some time, I’m so happy you’ve found me.
In a world where we’re often pushed and pulled in all directions, stresses and strains of everyday life can wear us down. Maybe you’ve been feeling this negative energy for some time – or something in your life has suddenly shifted your world on its axis. Unsettling isn’t it.

What do I offer?
I’ve never believed in a one-fix-all approach and this way of thinking passes through my various treatments. From my soothing Hand Massage for those who are more time restrained to the Ultimate Relaxation Treatment which combines a 4 in 1 healing session, I’ll treat each and every session as bespoke tailored to your needs. When choosing a practitioner for your needs, it’s important that person can tune into your emotions to provide that level of bespoke care. As someone who has experienced their own healing journey, my high level of empathy allows me to approach each client with a deep sense of compassion. With this need to share my advice and help, I’ve created a BLOG section where you can find answers to common questions and find guidance and hopefully, immediate help.
Mi Casa, Su Casa. Anyone who enters will feel at home in my calming space. I am lucky to own my beautiful workshop where I enjoy creating bespoke gifts, well-being products & print on my vintage letterpress machine. I am currently planning (as a part of therapy) to offer Creative Workshops. This co-operates with your sacral chakra, aligning with the creative part, and also helps with anxiety. I will also be offering Mindfulness in the Garden too. If you’d like to learn a little more of what this entails, pop me a message.

Or perhaps as an addition to our healing journey together. You choose, it’s completely up to you as you embark on your healing journey. I went for a Reiki session with Kat, not knowing a lot about it, I went with no expectations and wow, it really was amazing I felt things and experienced things I never expected. Kat made me feel so welcome and at ease, I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The room had a lovely feel to it and made me feel at peace, it even made my head feel tingly (a sensation I get when relaxed and feeling nice). I was really impressed, definitely going for another session. I then went home and had a lovely relaxing bath with bath salts that Kat sells, it was the finishing touch to a very special treatment.
