a grounded space for embodied healing

Mrs Peony offers group-based practices and private work rooted in presence, nervous system awareness, and embodied connection — supporting people to slow down, soften, and return to themselves.

Who I Am and How I Work

Mrs Peony is an embodied healing practitioner working with sensitive, deep-feeling people who are seeking a calmer, more grounded relationship with themselves.
Mrs Peony works with sensitive, deep-feeling people who are tired of pushing, fixing, or performing their way through healing.
My work is grounded, embodied, and relational. I focus on creating spaces where the body feels safe enough to settle, and where change can unfold naturally — without force or pressure.
I offer group sessions through breathwork, sound, and workshops, as well as a small number of private one-to-one sessions for those who feel ready to commit to deeper, more intentional work.
Guided by Mrs Peony
This work is shaped by lived experience, deep listening, and an understanding of the nervous system.
Whether in group spaces or private sessions, my role is not to fix or push, but to guide with care — supporting restoration, clarity, and a more honest connection with self.
How Mrs Peony Began
Mrs Peony began as a response to the need for deeper, more honest healing — a space where people could slow down, soften, and feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves.
This work grew from a desire to offer something grounded and embodied, rather than performative or prescriptive.

A Journey of Growth
Over time, this work has evolved through lived experience and ongoing practice.
It has expanded into a blend of embodied approaches that support people in releasing what no longer serves them and returning to themselves with greater clarity, presence, and trust.
